I am trained by experience and by my continued burning pursuit of
knowledge and learning.
Before 1999, I had been a
training coordinator for the call center of a national technology education
center. Responsibilities involved training all new/current
employees on customer service, sales processes and software. The
most rewarding aspect of training was the opportunity to be the
lead instructor of eight instructors who would travel to several
branches around the United States. When we were asked to
launch new proprietary software in an aggressive 1 year
roll-out, I signed on with no hesitation! I love to travel and
enjoyed visiting 8 cities and 10 branches: San Francisco, CA;
Atlanta, GA; Orlando, FL; Tampa, FL; Ft. Lauderdale, FL; Boston,
MA; Connecticut and New York, NY... wonderful cities!!!
A natural interest for a career in design has always been
appealing to me. I remember art homework always being the top of
my priority in school. It's just amazing how design plays a role
in selling products and services!
In 1999, I made the jump and leap towards web design. To make a
long story short, I have helped over 100+ small businesses and
entrepreneurs with harnessing the Power of Design to
Communicate and increase their business. I do my homework
and the style of design reflects on putting myself not only in
your shoes but more importantly in your target customer's shoes.
